We have some unique warranty and service policies.
Being a mechanical and electrical assembly, every machine needs genuine maintenance.
But sometimes some part needs immediate repair or replacement. If any such case arises with our customer's machine
and the production has come to a standstill we have our first priority to take the machine back to working. What we do
is, we instantly send a new part and the customer installs it by our remote guidance. If we don't have exact part in
stock, we send an alternative part which will start the machine. Rest of the things like replacement, repair, warranty
coverage of part, costs involved, are carried out after we inspect the part, while your production goes on, this way we
make happy customers. And we do charge, if the case arises, exactly as much as that part requires.
We make profit only once, by sale. We don't make profit in replacement parts.
