DIRECTIONS: The following statements are derived from the short story “The Last
Leaf” by O. Henry. Determine whether each statement is in accordance to the story
by writing TRUE if it is correct and FALSE if is incorrect.

artists who were trying to make a breakthrough in the field of art.
________ 2. Johnsy, a poor young woman, is seriously ill with pneumonia and she
