Instructions
1. Late reporters will not be permitted to appear for the Test.
2. Own arrangement to be made for boarding and lodging. Physical, Medical Test may take 2-3 days.
3. You are to bring following documents for examination, in Original as per entry applicable to you.
(a) Education Certificates
(i)MR Matric Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet.
(ii)SSR & AA Matric & 10+2 Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet.

(b) This callup letter.

(c) Domicile Certificate.
(d) Original NCC Certificate (if applicable).
(e) One photo identification card in original viz Class X/XII Certificate with photograph, Domicile Certificate with
photograph, Driving license with photograph, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card (or e-Aadhaar Card), Voter ID Card.
(f) Six recent passport-sized coloured photographs.
(g) Clip Board / Glue Stick / Pen
4. Purse/Wallet/Mobile/pager/calculator/digital diary or any electronic gadgets are not permitted inside examination premise. Indian
Navy will not be responsible for safe custody or loss of any valuable
5. Bring canvas shoes and sports shorts for physical fitness test (1.6 Km run in 07 minutes, 20 Squats & 10 Push Ups).
6. You are to get ears cleaned for wax before coming for examination.
7. Request for change of centre/date & time of Test will not be accepted under any circumstance. Appeal Medical Examination will be
conducted in the Military/Navy/Air Force Hospital closest to test centre only.
8. Bring packed Lunch & drinking water on the test Day.
9. Failure to adhere to above instructions will result in cancellation of candidature.
10. Your original documents will be verified on test day and subsequent stages of selection. Candidates with invalid, incorrect or
incomplete documents will be disqualified at anystage of selection.
