Job Responsibilities:
 Selection of right Storage system & material handling equipment after analysing the requirement
of the customer. As per SEMA guidelines using AutoCAD & Auto Desk Inventor as per customer’s
requirement which in turn supports sales & marketing team.
 To internalize the customer requirements and conceptualize the best suitable and commercially
feasible storage with material handling solutions in the area of supply chain.
 Space Estimation, Capacity Planning, Warehouse Design and Layout Preparation after analysing
the business parameters.
 Evaluate existing capacity and develop alternate plans.
 Immersion study to understand the process flow, pain areas, stated and unstated needs.

 Provide estimates for Manpower, Machinery & Material Handling Equipment.

 Creating the Technical drawing of pelletizing Disc and Industrial Fans.
 Reverse Engineering of Fans, Heavy Rotating Equipment’s.
 Developing the conceptual design layout for initial commercial requirements.

 Detailed drawing preparation and release for Engineering Changes (ECN).

 Interacting with Suppliers and aligning them in manufacturing process to meet the internal and

 Preparation of GA drawing for Pelletizing Disc.
 Design of Process Fan based on fan curve.
