1. How may the teaching strategies of the digitally challenged teachers and millennial teachers be
described?

Few teachers are confident in using ICT resourceS(Including me). and limited confidence affects the
way the lesson is conducted.

1.1. How do you described yourself as teacher?

A teacher who has passion for teaching.

1.2. Provide a rich information on the challenges you encountered on the following:

a. co-teachers’ teaching style

We have different teaching styles, maybe its because of the subject that we taught, and the type
of students that we are teaching.

b. student’s response

It defends on the teaching strategies and approach of the teacher.

c. instruction and curriculum

The learning environment has a great effect on the teaching ang learning process,and in
classroom instruction. the have to consider the different type of students,their needs, how to teach
and what to teach.

d. facilities and equipment

Schools facilities and equiptment may aid teachers defending on their subjectmatter/or topic.

Critical thinking,communication,collaboration,and creativity

Least- teaching without an objective

most- using teaching aids and technology

teacher.
As a digitally challenged teacher I look forward to the future and I a m aware of the ever changing
trends in technology and in tune what the future may bring to education. at my age I forced myself to
embrace the changes brought by technology. Technology in the classroom can help student’s learn
better and faster and can help a teacher be more effective..

2. What ICT based knowledge should a 21st century teacher posses to enrich pedagogical delivery?

The use of ICT as presentation tools ,through overhead and lcd projectors, t.v. electronic
whiteboards. It may promote understanding of and discussion about difficult concepts

2.1 How do you descibe the style of teahing before as compared today?

before – traditional method, the use of balckboard and chalk(Lecture method, memorization)

present- encourage learners to work together, learn how to question, investigate and learn

teacher?

Helps enlarge the amout of classroom information,enrich teaching content, enhance inter –activity
between teacher and students.

Technical knpwledge and skills.

Professsional development through the use of ICT in the form of websites, discussion grous, e-mail
radio or tv broadcast

to everyday needs and practices.

competencies?

Hands on instruction on ICT use is necessary where ICT is demed to be vital component of the teaching
and learning process.

3.5.What collaborative approaches in teaching can a seasoned teacher and millennial teacher can be
compelled together ?

a shift in the role of a teacher using ICT to that of afacilitator does not obviate the need for teachers
to serve as leaders in the classroom: seasoned teachers leadership skills and practices are still
important, especially those related to lesson planning, preparation and follow –up. Millenial tachers
who use ICt can be used to reinforced xisting pedagogical practices as wellas to change the way
teachers and students interact.

3.6. How can a millennial teacher worked with seasoned teacher in terms of instructional endeavor
correlated to ICT?
