I am writing to express my interest in the position advertised as being open at this time with your
company.

I am well familiar with the current healthcare system. I have been able to experience financial
management and personnel resources. I have also experienced the ability to interact with the
public to better improve our society's health care system. As well as train staff members and
ensure the highest quality of customer service delivery. I have also been able to experience being
a sales representative for 5 years which has allowed me to experience the ability to managed cost
and maintained a reliable business in my past careers. Now I would like to bring my experiences
to you.

My education and training have made me highly effective at what I do. I have graduated from the
University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a major in Health Systems Management. I also
double minored in Communications and Public Health. I am well familiar with the essential
functions that have been listed on this position.

I am able to work under high volume atmosphere and bring high quality service to patients in
optimizing the delivery of promising solutions. My present position includes handling over 300
plus students at a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in ensuring all their financial accounts are up to
date by using a system that allows me to also handle any new comers. I have also been able to
volunteer with Atrium Health for over a year in attending to 15 or more patients in assisting for
extra care as well as assisting the nurses in making sure they needed anything.

I posses well developed technology abilities with a wide variety of systems that include,
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I also adept to oral and written
communication in which I have presented throughout my educational and professional careers. I
have been able to demonstrate and adept in working in teams to effectively create new ideas as
well as increasing a diverse workforce. Working in teams has created a flexibility for me to be
able to analyze the style and preferences of individual subordinates as well as working overtime
to help colleagues meet deadlines. I also am willing to take on additional work whether it means
staying late nights or taking home my work. I’d rather be doing something productive that can
help out my company than sitting at home waiting for the next day to come and working on it
then.
