INTRODUCTION

This work was done because it is very important to know about the company
Heineken.
Heineken lager beer was produced in 1873 by Gerard Adriaan Heineken in
1886; because Dr. H. Elion discovered the yeast type "A", which gives the
characteristic taste this beer.
HEINEKEN BEER

The Beer is an alcoholic beverage obtained by fermenting grain solutions.


The beers are made with barley and hops.

The beer is brewed in two main processes:

The first is the conversion of a cereal starch to sugars (maltose)


And the following is fermentation of sugars to obtain beer.

The ingredients of Heineken beer:


The five basic ingredients of beer are:
 Malta
 Water
 Hops
 Yeast
 Grits
 Sugar:

After the ingredients have the cereal is selected for beer because it is
needed for fermentation.
It starch and enzymes to convert the cereal becomes sugar (maltose).

The stages are:


• Selecting the grain: the extent you have a good texture is selected,
because it is necessary to obtain a good product.

• Soaked grain: the grain is drenched in a special factory, because it is


necessary for the following process.
• The Sprout
• Drying the grain: the grain is dried to remove germs.

The brewing is divided into three main phases:


 Obtaining beer wort

 The packaging and bottling

The world beer production is 1,200 million hectoliters.
The main exporting countries are the Netherlands and Germany, together,
account for 30% of the total.
It is the most consumed beer brand in much of the Muslim countries.

Heineken beer means in the language of hieroglyphics. This language


belonged to the Egyptians, the creators of beer from grain.

• The Heineken beer is distinguished by different attributes and provides a


high nutritional value.
• Heineken has wide acceptance of beer drinkers in the world.

improving because they need to satisfy customers.
