Getting started
A special message from our President
Dear r eader s,
War m gr eetings! I am delighted to find a society for med
amongst the failur e analysts of our countr y. It is
hear tening to note that effor ts seeded dur ing NCFA 2006
r eached fruition now. This only meant that failur e is only
a delay and not a defeat. The patr onage of the society
fr om many stalwarts is likely to set the pr ogr ess of the
society in achieving its ambitions and goals-viz.-
achieving safer and stipulated service life of components
in var ious industries. It is nice to observe that society
aims to conduct lecture ser ies, annual meetings,
wor kshops, and clinics on var ious aspects of failur e
analysis. The cur r ent effort to br ing out a newsletter is a
gr eat step in building the society. I wish all success in the
endeavour .
Best wishes K.Tamil M ani
