Connor lived in an everyday house on an everyday street and hated it.

The town was

boring and there wasn’t anything to do ever. Right after thinking that, his friend, Jacob texted

him asking if he wanted to go to lunch with him and Adrian. On this particular day it was pouring

harder than ever. After thinking about it for a couple of minutes, Connor obliged and headed to

his car. Turning on his music and switching to first gear, he headed to Jacob’s house to pick up

both of his friends. After picking them up, the boys start to discuss where they wanted to

eat.Minutes later they decide on the local burger joint Off The Grill. The boys head there

immediately. While jamming out to the music, Jacob turns to Connor and tells him to take a left

to go on a shortcut he knows. The shortcut eventually led them to a highway that leads opposite

of the burger joint. As soon as they get onto the highway, the rain comes down harder than

before. Connor starts to get nervous once he notices that his car keeps going straight into the

other lane. Connor is now jerking the wheel to get back over and finally after one good tug, the

car turns sideways, sliding towards the guard rail. He gives one more hard pull to the left and

the car straightens out. They slow down to almost a complete stop to catch their breath. Once

they do that, Connor goes to get his burger after the crazy experience.
