Goal: In today’s class I will research about deforestation. I am going to search on the definition and
cause of deforestation that can be related to nutrient cycle because our model needs information about
deforestation with nutrient cycle as well.

Reflection: I am completed my goal. There are plenty of reliable resources which I can find information
easily. The challenge is time. This is the first time I research on this project. I am not really sure what
should I find at first and where should I write it. After I finished on researching this, I can find the next
topic easier by relying on old information. I will manage my time and find more information as much as
possible in the next time. In the next class period, I will find the effect of deforestation.

Goal: In today’s class I will research about deforestation and sketch group’s model. I am going to search
on the effect of deforestation on both nutrient cycle and the world.

Reflection: I am completed my goal today. This time, I can managed my time very well. I can finished
everything in class period. Challenge today is not reasearch but it is actually our plan on the model. We
have to sketch, talk about material and days that we are going to do it. This can help me to finish most
of the research. In the next time, I need to spend more time discussing on the model. In the next class
period, I will research about ways to solve problem on deforestation.

Goal: In today’s class I will research about deforestation. I am going to research about ways that we can
solve problems on deforestation.

Reflection: I am completed my goal today. This time everything worked well. I finished my work log and
research on time. Therefore I researched more on the evidence of effect of deforestation. There is no
challenge to day. This can make my research almost done. I think there is only one more topic for me to
research. In the next class, I will spend some time on model as well. In the next class period, I will
research about the impact from deforestation on nutrient cycle

Goal: In today’s class I will research about deforestation and discuss about material that is needed to
use in our model. I am going to search about current laws for deforestation.

Reflection: I completed my goal today. In this class period, discussing about model is working quite well.
The challenges today is the time. We discuss longer than we usually were. Therefore, there are less time
I can research, write learning record form and reflection. This may cause me to find information again in
the next class period. In the next time, I will try to discuss in a shorten amount of time. In the next class
period, I will research more on laws and the effects from law (the amount of deforestation is lower or
not)

Goal: In today’s class I will discuss more on our model, material that need to buy, stick box together and
start to make clouds.

Reflection: I did not complete my goal today. In this class period, the discussion went well. Everyone in
the group participate a give opinion on materials we need in the model. The challenges today is to stick
box together because we did not buy any glue. This can make my work to go slower than it should be. In
the next class we can start on our clouds and glass to separate section of the topic. In the next class, I
will communicate with friends more so that we can plan what material we have to bring in the next
time.

Goal: In today’s class I will start on our model. We will stick glue to the glass and separate section for
each topic such as deforestation.

Reflection: I completed my goal today. In this class period, almost everything went well especially
material. We have all material we need both from the shop we bought and Mrs. Charlene’s equipment.
Therefore, when class start, I can start my model right away. We cannot cut the glass in the first ten
minutes of the class. This cause us to do the model late and we cannot finish the model much. This can
help me to do the model in next class on deforestation, farming and overfishing. In the next class, I will
try to plan all the things we have to do before start the class. In the next class period, two people will
make a cloud and the other two will decorate on deforestation.

Date: 28/05/2019

Goal: In today’s class I will continue on our model. We will be doing on the first and second section of
the model which are deforestation and farming in both good and bad ways.

Reflection: I completed my goal today. In this class period, everything worked well. We planned with all
materials and method of doing our work. We have some challenges. The challenge is animal. Since we
use the real soil, there is worm inside it and my groupmate really afraid of it. This cause the work to go
slower than it should be. I finished on the first and second section of the model which are deforestation
and farming in both good and bad ways. I can continue on my next step in the next class which is the
third section of the model which is overfishing in both good and bad ways and add all clouds. In the next
class, I will be careful when getting any material so that I will not harm any animal or scared friends. I
will do the overfishing section in the next class.

Goal: In today’s class I will continue on our model. We will be continue doing on the second section of
the model which is farming in both good and bad ways and add all clouds.

Reflection: I completed my goal today. In this class period, almost everything works well. The challenge
today is my groupmate because some of my groupmate focus on their research and there are less
people who do the model. This cause my project to go slower and spend time after class to finish my
goal. I think my friends will focus on model in the next class because they have done their research
already. In the next time, I will work harder on this project and encourage my friend to do the model as
well. In the next class period, I will continue on doing the overfishing section or the third section.

Goal: In today’s class I will continue on our model. We will be doing on the third section of the model or
overfishing which is the last section of our model.
Reflection: I completed my goal today. In this class period, almost everything works well. The challenge
in today’s class is to finish the model as fast as possible while our last section has low amount of water.
We have to boil the water at home so we have to wait until tomorrow to add up the water. This causing
us to do work at home and add water in the tomorrow’s morning. But after this, we will finish with our
model. In the next project, I will plan everything for the whole project first. In the next class period, we
will add work to our e-port.
