Abortion rights should be legal everywhere yet more and more states are banning it. I

believe abortion should not be questioned by another person because it can help any

woman who doesn't want a baby, who can’t take care of the baby or who was raped or

abused and doesn’t want to keep her rapists baby. Some people believe abortion is wrong

because you're killing a human and you're basically considered a murderer. I strongly

disagree because abortion is a woman's choice and should not judged by other people. The

reasons being is a woman has her own right on deciding what's best for her, she might not

be able to take care of the baby or she was raped and doesn’t want the baby.

One reason abortion should not be questioned is because a woman has a choice for her

own what do to with her body. Any other person should not determine if abortion is wrong

for a woman as well as say it should be illegal. Recently on the news, states like Kansas,

Texas and Louisiana have banned abortion. The law in these states say that if a woman has

an abortion she is not a human and needs to be sent straight to jail for killing someone

according to “The Washington post”. For example it also states “A woman who exercises

her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother.” says Justice

Clarence Thomas who agrees with having abortion ban. He doesn't decide what women

want to do with their body, nobody does. Nobody knows how she’ll react to it but they

assume its bad for her health, it depends on the person but that still doesn't mean you have

to judge her and call her a killer.

Another reason why abortion should not be questioned is because the woman can’t take

care of the baby. For example, some couples or single women cannot afford to take care of

a baby financially or mentally. Financially, if the couple or single woman doesn’t have

money for themselves then they can't take care of a baby if they can't take care of

themselves. Some people might consider adoption to be a solution, but some people find it

hard to give up a child no matter how much they might not want it. Mentally, a woman

doesn't want the baby because she's too young and is not sure she can take care of a baby

when she still is a child herself, which is ridiculous if any other legislator or random person

decides to make abortion illegal. Another reason why a woman does not want to have a

baby is if they were raped and abused and were now pregnant. In recent news a legislator

says if a doctor performs an abortion on a patient who was raped in a state where abortion

is illegal, then the doctors gets more time in jail then the rapists itself, which is very

disgusting and not fair to the doctor and the patient. A woman shouldn't keep a baby which

she was forced to have.

The opposition might claim that abortion is wrong and is considered murder. A lot of

people say that if your getting an abortion it is similar to a serial killer killing humans. The

fetus is not harmed during the procedure of having an abortion and the woman is not likely

to have health problems in the future. Many say it’s so wrong to kill a child especially if it’s

your own but you can’t tell a person what to do with their own body because it’s not your

decision which should anger more and more people. If a person thinks its bad to do

abortion then allow them to have an opinion but don’t make it illegal because that person

isn’t the only one who has a voice on deciding if abortion should be illegal or questioned.

Concluding my argument, I know abortion should stay legal and should not be

questioned by others unless it’s for yourself to decide what you really want to do. The

evidence I have proved my claim because if a woman can’t take care of the baby, doesn’t

have money to take care of it, was raped or abused and it’s her own choice. It is urgent that

we shouldn’t have abortion illegal anywhere else. The recent states that are banning it are

making the world a worse place everyday due to the fact that they make the choice what's

good for others.
