I totally agree that digital entrepreneurship is the business activities using an internet. This can make
the business complete rapidly and more efficient if we use digital entrepreneurship in our daily life.
Moreover, digital entrepreneurship represents a joining of traditional entrepreneurship with an
emphasis on new technologies, the opportunities created by these technologies and new business
forms. Digital entrepreneurship grows as internet access increases. Digital entrepreneurship bring a
lot of job opportunity to the human being. The internet and digital technology are transforming our

I totally agree the sole proprietorship have a lot of advantage. The owner will has 100% control of
the profit earned from the business. This can decrease the number of misappropriation happen on
the company because the owner of the company is 100% control all the activities that happen on the
company. Not only that, I also agree that the registration of a sole proprietorship is easy and can be
done by the owner himself or herself. It is not difficult for the first time owner and they can register
by their own easily.

I totally agree with my friend’s opinion that MOSV (Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Value) is a
practical planning process used to help community groups define a vision and help organization set
and achieve short term goals while keeping sight of your long term vision. Implementing this
planning process into your group's efforts supports developing a clear mission, building consensus,
and grounding your group's dreams. I agree that vision is what the organization want to achieve.
Mission is about what the organization does to achieve the vision. Value is an informal term that
includes all forms of value that determine the health and well-being of the firm in the long run. Not
only that, strategies are long term implementation plans to achieve the goals and objectives.
Objectives are time sensitive statement to achieve the goals of the organization.
