1.1 Introduction

„ It is because of on the mainframe platform in conformity with the customer mainly, or in the
large-scale work piece is processed, need long-time and successive processing.

„ It can make customers process nobody for a long time with piercing through the line
function automatically to cooperate with the company machine platform.

„ Adopt and design seperatedly, can match different models.

„ The structure is strengthened, can use the biggest copper wire of nearly 45kg.

„ Design rationally, the line axle is easy in disassembly and assembly.

„ For the line to detect and examine with break automatically, there are locking line
functions.

„ The installation pulley of the bottom, it is convenient and easy to move and install.

4.1 Normal Operation

„ The main power source can be supplied and controlled by WireCut machine or
independent power of outside matching.

„ After EMG.STOP SW. is unclamped, the normal situation lower POWER ON instructs
the lantern fair to light.

„ Install the copper wire to the proper position according to the direction of the instruction
and order.

„ HQ-450A will follow drawing the linear velocity and adjusting and sending the linear
velocity automatically of WireCut machine.

„ When WireCut machine stops drawing the line, HQ-450A will stop sending the line
automatically.

„ When the copper wire breaks, will stop sending the line automatically after the
breakage of HQ-450A detects and examines SW. to start.

„ If the line takes place to relax the phenomenon in the work, the motor will overturn to
make the copper wire keep regular tension automatically.

4.2 Emergency Stop

„ Please push red EMG.STOP SW. when the urgent state or the dangerous state takes
place in the course to operate.

„ After pushing red EMG.STOP SW, HQ-450A will cut off Power to make the motor lose
power.

„ After pushing red EMG.STOP SW, Wire Cut machine can't be started and sent the line,
otherwise cause and break.

„ Please unclamp red EMG.STOP SW. after getting rid of the urgent state or the
dangerous state.

„ After unclamping red EMG.STOP SW., light getting green POWER ON indicator lamp,
HQ-450A after the Power can resume normal movement.

„ After unclamping red EMG.STOP SW., if HQ-450A unable normal movements please
consult chapter 5.

5.1 System Alarm

„ When cross load systematically or unusually short out, F1 (N.F.B.) within HQ-450A The
main power source is danced and taken off to make acting.

„ Act as F1(NFB) within HQ-450A When movements make the main power source
jump and take off, even it can't also make green POWER ON indicator lamp light to
unclamp EMG.STOP SW. on the panel.

„ Reset F1(N.F.B.) Must get rid of the phenomenon of passing load or unusually shorting
out systematically first ago.

„ Get rid of and pass the load phenomenon systematically: Please check whether the
copper wire is installed correctly? Any interference or the obstruction while rotating?

„ Get rid of the phenomenon of unusually shorting out: Please check whether DC Motor
or Fan are normal movements?

„ When the circuit board happens unusually, please consult 5.2 explanation.

AUC041B：
„ OI. ALARM， L12(RED LED)：The electric current which supplies the DC MOTOR is while
exceeding specified value, light L12 LED.

„ OV. ALARM， L13(RED LED)：The electric voltage which supplies the DC MOTOR is while
exceeding specified value, Light L13 LED.
