● Population growth may be caused by the decreasing in number of death rate, as well
as the uncontrolled birth rate of population.
● Distributing farming land could increase food products to support food demand in
globe, but it could contribute to bad result, such as habitat loss, global warming.
● During warmer temperature has increased, it cause the nearby equator area to
produce less crops. For example, in Brazil, the amount of crops from farm have
decreased due to climate change.

● To meat food demand in 2050, the products have to increase 60% from now on.
● Most of food products that export in global demand, is generated from only 12 plants
and 5 animal species for each year.
● From expectation of the increasing population growth from 7.3 to 9.3 billion people in
2050, so food demand will be increasing between 59% to 98%.

● Due to climate change, the warmer temperature affects the crop yield that are growing
so slowly, although this could cause to produce less crops that will make challenging to
produce enough food.
● As agriculture are spreading widely, farmers like to use pesticide to kill many pests
because it’s effective and quick. These are the factor that decreases biodiversity
because it destroy soil surface and products of farming, also some animal that feast on
pests may receive pesticide. When these animal were died, pests will be increasing
rapidly due to its quik reproduction.
● To increase crop production, farmers have to increase agricultural area to produce
more crops or enhancing productivity on fertilizer and irrigation as well as developing
new method, such as precision farming.
