Notes:
1 Touch-up painting shall be considered for the equipment at site for the damage to the surfaces which may occurred during transportation.
2 The Debutanizer overhead drier package shall be prefabricated and supplied as per details indicated below:
1 skid consisting of 2 After Filter & 1 Air cooler.
1 no. Electric Heater, 2 nos. columns with adsorbent,1 no. moisture separator, 1 no. Feed coalescer are supplied loose for erection at site.
Piping and structurals associtaed with the loose supplied equipment are supplied in prefabricated sections for erection at site.
Adsorbent of 2500 kgs for 2 Nos. of Columns is supplied loose. Adsorbent to be filled in 2 columns at site. All necessary accessories/equipment required for adsorbent filling will be provided by the site contractor.
All instrumentation including cables, cable trays,PSV's,JB's etc supplied loose for installation at site.
All these items will be assembled on skids at site.
