STEP 5 – Loosen the set screw on the fine tuning nut (top nut) with a 3/32” Allen key. This will release the tuning rod from the
locked position and allow it to move up and down freely. This will allow coarse tuning.

STEP 6c – If necessary, the band pass response of the duplexer can be adjusted by pulling the rod up or pushing the rod down
with the aid of channel locks/pliers. Be sure to only grip the rod from the tip as any marring of the rod could cause future difficulty
in tuning.

STEP 8 – Once the desired frequency has been coarsely tuned tighten the set screw on the fine tuning nut (top nut) with a 3/32”
