Why do you think it is important to exercise regularly and eat healthy food?

In recent days, there have been ongoing discussions about exercise


regularly and eat healthy food. People should be choose the best option to have time
for doing exercise and eat take care of your welfare. Some say that do exercising
and taking care of yourself is waste time. In my opinion it is the most important thing
to do for giving a good life healthy.

To start, it is important to talk about exercise improves physical health. First,


do exercising is the most important. For instance, walk, jog, skip, and do exercise
for one hour for at least five days a week help in emotional balance. Second, a formal
workout is not necessary to have these benefits. For instance, even modest regular
physical activity has a positive influence on people's health and vitality. Third, the
exercise increases energy and vitality feelings. To illustrate, to do exercise improves
people is capacity for work. To conclude, people who exercise on a regular basis
actually have more energy and greater strength and endurance for daily activities.

To begin with, it is relevant to talk about exercise reduces risks for serious
illness. Firstly, exercise reduces people's chances of developing and dying. For
example, illnesses such as heart disease. Second, do exercise reduce this by
lowering illness risk factors. For instance, such as triglyceride and overall cholesterol
levels. Thirdly, weight bearing exercise and strength training activities help to
maintain or increase bone mass. To illustrate, reducing a person's risk for
osteoarthritis and associated bone fractures.

In addition to exercise reduces risks for serious illness, it is necessary to


mention healthy food. Firstly, people could eat fruits and vegetables. For example,
for a healthy mind, healthy body, adding fresh fruits and veggies to your diet is very
important. Second, a balanced diet should contain all right foods in right quantities.
For instance, like carbohydrates, high fibre content, water, proteins, fats, vitamins
and minerals. Third, eat fresh vegetables and fruits every day is good. To illustrate,
fresh food will provide good source of fibre and vitamins which are essential for body
growth.

Having the option to be healthy person, I do not lose more time and I
prepare. Famous bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger say that who does exercise
lives more. So, based on the facts, why would you or somebody lose the time for
doing exercise, it is never is late for doing something specially?
