Why do you think it is important to exercise regularly and eat healthy food?
To begin with, it is relevant to talk about exercise reduces risks for serious
illness. Firstly, exercise reduces people's chances of developing and dying. For
example, illnesses such as heart disease. Second, do exercise reduce this by
lowering illness risk factors. For instance, such as triglyceride and overall cholesterol
levels. Thirdly, weight bearing exercise and strength training activities help to
maintain or increase bone mass. To illustrate, reducing a person's risk for
osteoarthritis and associated bone fractures.
Having the option to be healthy person, I do not lose more time and I
prepare. Famous bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger say that who does exercise
lives more. So, based on the facts, why would you or somebody lose the time for
doing exercise, it is never is late for doing something specially?
