 Targets Achieved: Following targets were achieved by me during last six months working

 Strong check on fabric faults during spreading of fabric which result into
decreased cutting wastage from 0.9% to 0.5%

by reducing overtime that ends up with reduction in turn up ratio from 30% to
13% within 6 months.

Duties Involved:
 There were three In-Charges who report me directly while they were responsible for
Cutting A & B Shifts and Embroidery. There were also four Supervisors who were directly
answerable to me, one in the Day Shift and one in the Night Shift who deals with Marker
Making, Daily Production Reports Making, Status updating for in process orders while one
Supervisor was responsible for Bulk Averages and Costing calculations. The third
Supervisor was working on Size Detail and Size Chart making whose working were also
under my guidelines. The last one was responsible for Preproduction Samples working. The
remaining 4 Assistant Supervisors worked under these Production Supervisors and held
responsible for different tasks.
 I have conducted daily meetings with subordinates and feedback taken from them on daily
basis as well. I have also conducted departmental training and development session on
certain areas wherever needed.
 As far as indirect staff is concerned, meeting are conducted in my presence but it happens
on weekly basis.
 The main purpose of my job was to meet daily, monthly and annual production targets
with available resources as per requirement and standards of the concerned customer by
using the workforce as well as authority to make and implement effective systems
throughout production floor.
 Nature of Work: I have to manage and plan the activities related to Production
Operational Work. For this purpose different strategies are made after discussion with
senior and then Implementation done which also verified accordingly.
