Subject: EXTENSION IN THE DATE OF REGISTRATION FOR ELIGIBLE
GRADUATES FOR 16TH CONVOCATION OF THE UNIVERSITY
16th Convocation of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur is scheduled to be held for Ph.D & M.Phil
Scholars and Graduates of Master / BS programs passed out in academic sessions Fall 2018 & Spring
2019. Graduates of the following sessions are eligible to attend according to the detail given below:
i. FALL 2018 (Only following Programs)
 M.Phil/MS Scholars: (Political Science, Education, Arabic, Islamic Studies, Computer Science,
Management Sciences, Pharmacy, Mathematics, Statistics and Physics)
 Pharm-D, BHMS & BEMS
 BFA & MFA
 BS Commerce
ii. SPRING 2019
Ph.D Scholars and Graduates of Masters Programs: (Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Commerce &
Management Sciences, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Islamic Learning, Faculty of Science & College
of Fine Arts).
Award of Degrees & Medals
Gold and Silver Medals shall also be awarded to the position holders of above Faculties.
Registration
The eligible graduates interested to attend the convocation, may register themselves by submitting
Registration Forms with paid challan of Registration Fee by 21.05.2019 (Tuesday) at following address
through registered mail / courier service:
