For r(t) = 0.2t, it required that ess ≤0.02. Determine the value of K for the system shown in
Figure-1.

8. The block diagram of a simple servo system is shown in figure below (Figure-2). Compute
the values of K and τ to give an overshoot of 20% and a peak time of 2 seconds for a unit step
excitation. Also compute the settling time.

9. Describe briefly the 8085 programming model with sketch.

10. Write an 8085 assembly language programs for addition of two numbers stored in two
consecutive memory 8150 H and 8151 H. The result along with the carry (if any) is to be stored
in next two consecutive memory locations.

11. With sketch describe the architecture of PLC.

12. Device a ladder program to control a pneumatic system with double-solenoid controlled

detect the limits of the movement of the piston rod movements in the cylinders and the sequence
