CALL TO ORDER

The assembly was called to order at 9:00am with the Punong Barangay presiding. The Punong
Barangay called the Bgy. Secretary to be the master of ceremony of the assembly.

INVOCATION & PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM

High School Math Teacher Lorna I. Muan led the prayer for the invocation and Kagawad Jerry V.
Canlas led the Philippine National Anthem

OPENING MESSAGE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF GUESTS AND BARANGAY


ASSEMBLYMEMBERS

Punong Barangay Poljon L. Intal rendered her opening message. She then acknowledged the
presence of all the Barangay Officials who will render their respective accomplishment reports, guests and
special mentioned the NGOs & POs such as the Solo Parent, BPC, Lupong Tagapamayapa, , BHW, Senior
Citizen, Bgy. Scholar, BPAT’s, Toda Association members and thanked them for attending in the assembly.

MESSAGES

MLGOO John Lamparas acknowledges the barangay assembly members and thanked them for
their presence. He said to continue support and cooperate whatever programs and activities of the barangay.
COMMITTEE/TRANSPORTATION REPORTING

The Barangay kagawad Alan I. Quiambao reported its Committees

PRESENTATION OF THE CY 2016 2nd SEMESTER FINANCIAL REPORT

The BarangayTreasurer JOCELYN I. SILVA reported the 2018 summary of financial report.

STATE OF BARANGAY ADDRESS

ADMINISTRATIVE, OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL SERVICES


- Office Hours
Monday to Saturday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
- No Lunch Break Policy

- Presence of Barangay Kagawad Officer of the Day


- Conduct Monthly Session twice a month
- Maintenance of Barangay Streetlights
- 2 Barangay Street Cleaners who maintain the cleanliness along the minor road
- Grasscutting Services

EDUCATION
- Conduct various activities to commemorate the Nutrition Month, Buwan ngWika and Children’s Month
- Improved the ALS Learning Facility equipped with Computers for eskwela and additional Modules for
improved learning
open to all out-of-school youth and constituents who would like to pursue their education with on-going
enrollment and class every Tuesday and Thursday
- Brigada Eskwela Update

HEALTH AND NUTRITION


- Aside from the regular programs implemented daily in the Barangay Health & Nutrition Center (like NTP,
vaccination, pre and post natal check, family health class, operation timbang, etc.) the barangay also
conducted the following activities

PEACE AND ORDER


Barangay Tanods are conducting Day and Night Duty
- Maintaining Peace and Order Policy

DISASTER PREPAREDNESS
- Conduct BDRRMC Meeting
- Involved the BDRRMC Members in the Disaster Preparedness Seminar
- Provide relief assistance during typhoons

ENVIRONMENT
- Conduct a quarterly cleaning and clearing of creek & along the streets and highway
- Conduct rabuz participated by various NGOs and like 4Ps, LADIES, Solo Parents, etc
- Conduct Grass cutting at vacant lots and streets
- Organized the MRF Facility

WOMEN PROGRAM
- Maintain the Women and Children’s Help Center
- Provide assistance and referrals to victims of RA 9262

CHILDREN PROGRAM
- Allocate 1% of the Barangay Budget to Children Program
- Conduct BCPC monthly meetings to ensure the programs for children are being implemented
- Conduct various activities

PRESENTATION OF THE CY 2018 2nd SEMESTER ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Punong Barangay Poljon L. Intal summarized and presented to the Barangay Assembly Members the
2018 2nd
Semester Accomplishment and Committee reports and highlighted some programs and activities of
the barangay.
UPDATES ON CY 2018 ON-GOING PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS

Punong Barangay Poljon L. Intal informed and updated the Barangay Assembly Members about the
programs and projects of the barangay.

1. Allocation of funds on Drainage Construction along Purok 6 Old road


2. Repair of Barangay Patrol and Maintenance

ILLEGAL DRUGS

He informed the barangay assembly members that the barangay initiated campaign against illegal drugs
every zone with the presence of Philippine National Police, also established anti-illegal drugs institution the
Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council.

He also informed the schedule of Anti-Rabbies Vaccination of Dogs and Cats and Castration of Dogs.

OPEN FORUM

The Punong Barangay asked the Barangay Assembly Members for any questions, clarifications and
suggestions.

There being none, the assembly adjourned at 11:30AM.
