Manufacturing Facilities

Located 30 km from Pune Station on Ahmednagar road, manufacturing facilities approved under
Indian Boiler Regulations as well as Explosive Act, with 1200 sq. m. of shop floor area, 400 sq. m. office
space on 8000 sq. m. plot area, the facilities are primary for manufacture of boiler pressure parts.
Major work centers are:

Machining
Turning, Milling, Shaping and Drilling. Primarily act as support shop for fabrication.

Fabrication
MIG/TIG/CO2/MMA/SAW welding methods to produce 100% radiography quality welds.

Radial Drilling
For fabrication of boiler drums, headers, pressure vessels, maximum 100 mm hole size with 2 m.
radial arm.

Tube Bending
Cold bending of pipes up to 1500 mm dia on hydraulically operated tube bending machine.

Panel Welding
Special fixtures & welding procedures have been developed for formation of membrane welded
water wall panels.
