INGREDIENTS
PROCEDURE
1. Disolve yeast into warm water. Add 2 table spoon of sugar, stir to
combine. Let it stand till the yeast is fully activated and mixture is foamy.
2. In large bowl, put all dried ingredients and mix together.
3. Pour yeast and mixture and egg in the bowl and mix together.
4. Put butter little by little while kneading the dough. Knead the dough until
it does not thick to your hand or in the table. Try the bubble gum test or
window pane to make sure the dough is ready for fermentation.
5. Ferment the dough or rise the dough for 1:30H or 2H to double it size.
6. Test the dough to know when its fully rised up. Put your finger tip into the
dough and poke the dough when the dough is not bouncing back it is
ready.
7. Deflate the dough and punch down to loosen the air inside the dough and
divide the dough to the size you want.
8. Shape the dough into circle shape, roll each dough into the bread crumbs
and let it rise for 30-45 mins. In the last 15 mns preheat your oven.
9. Put the dough inside the ovem and bake for 10 to 15 mins until golden
brown.
PETIT FOUR
INGREDIENTS
BUTTER MIXTURE:
1 1/8 c Cake flour
½ c Sugar Refined
1 tsp Baking powder
1/8 tsp Salt
¼ c Oil
4 Egg yolk
MERINGUE:
128g Water
¼ tsp Cream of tartar
4 Egg white
¼ Sugar Refined
BUTTER ICING:
140g Butter
280g Icing sugar
1 tbsp Milk
Coloring
PROCEDURE
1. Sift the flour; ½ cup sugar refined, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
2. Make a well at the center of the bowl and add this in order: Oil, Egg
yolks and Water. Mix until well blended.
3. In another bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
4. Add remaining ¼ cup Refined sugar by table spoon to egg whites and
beat well after each addition until soft peaks are formed.
5. Add one-third of egg white while mixture to the egg yolk mixture and
whisk to combine. This will lighten the batter. Add the remaining egg
whites are well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the greased pan and baked for 50-55 mins. Until
cake springs back when lightly pressed and appears only set.
BUTTER ICING PROCEDURE
Put the butter into the bowl and mix, add the icing sugar and
mix thoroughly until soft and add the milk mix until the ing.
Combined together.
PIZZA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Water
PROCEDURE:
After an hour and dough double its size use the rolling pin and
flat the dough until size achieved.
Punch holes using a fork and add your toppings and sauce.
