Abstract

This study sought to determine the satisfaction level on the

services of the Guimaras Electric Cooperative among Consumers in

Buenavista. The study utilized a quantitative-descriptive

evaluation method. The respondents of this research study were the

thirty (30) consumers of Guimaras Electric Cooperative during the

time of data gathering. The data gathered were subjected to

statistical analysis using Mean, frequency count and percentage

for descriptive statistics, T-test, and Analysis of Variance

(ANOVA) had been utilized for inferential analysis. The data needed

were gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire. The

questionnaire was divided into two parts: part one consists of the

respondent’s profile including name, age, civil status,

educational attainment, and monthly income; part two consists of

the questionnaire made by the researchers. Based on the results of

the Satisfaction Level on the Services of the Guimaras Electric

Cooperative among Consumers in Buenavista as to responsiveness of

the respondents were fair on the services provided by the Guimaras

Electric Cooperative. Data shows that the Satisfaction Level on

the Services of the Guimaras Electric Cooperative among Consumers

in Buenavista as to reliability, respondents were fair on the

services of the Guimaras Electric Cooperative, they performed

well. There are no significant differences to the age, sex, civil

status, educational attainment and monthly income on the

Satisfaction Level on the Services of the Guimaras Electric

Cooperative among Consumers of Buenavista.
