Rules & Regulations for Visitors

Visitors are requested to Read carefully and sign this form ensuring:

I. Safety, Health & Environmental rules:

 The visitor must protect his health and safety.
 Basic rules of safety:
 Please use Ear protection (muffs) in noisy areas.
 Touching, using or approaching movable parts or equipments is not allowed.
 Roaming inside factory should be only through pedestrian Walkways
 Disposal of any materials should be only through the contact person.
II. Hygiene rules:
 Review all hygienic rules with the contact person.
 Basics (low & medium hygiene zones): -
 Smoking, Eating and throwing rubbish on floor are not allowed.
 Tidy and clean area: always keep working area clean from any spillages, rubbish,
grease etc.
 In Production areas:
 Washing and disinfection of hands
 Relevant Personal protective equipment should be used
 Gloves to be used in case of touching any thing in the production line.
III. Security rules:

 The visitor should adhere to security policies and procedures.

 His vehicle should be parked in designated area.
 Always clearly display the Visitor ID and return back to security officer before
getting out of the premises.
 The security officers are authorized to Remove or denial of access or existence of
any person or unsafe equipment inside the company premises..
 VEOLIA WATER S&T reserves the right to carry out thorough check of
personnel, lunch boxes, tool boxes, kit bags, cupboards and cabinets entering and
leaving the factory premises systematically.
 All data concerning the factory may not be reproduced, distributed, or disclosed to
third parties without proper written permission from contact person.
 The contact person should accompany any roaming inside factory out of the
visited site.
 All data devices inside the factory may not be used without proper written
permission from contact person, (Computer, Fax, Internet, Copier, Camera …etc.)
