tube pulling machine / drilling machine / drill bits / reamer bits.
TIG Welding Machine, ER70S-2 Filler rods (Ø1.6mm) for tube ~ tubesheet welding

Main Works
Hydrotest must be done 3 times for U tube type and 2 times for fixed type
Bundle installation - Test Ring installation - test flange installation - Shell side initial hydrotest
Removal of Test Rings - Removal of test flanges - Installation of Channel covers - Tube side hydrotest
Install of shell cover - perform final shell side hydrotest
Tube ~ Tubesheet welding leaks to be rectified / hydrotest to be redone
Transportation & performing passivation by BPCL provided passivation chemical

Other Works
* Hose Fitting List to be estimated and reqd items to be requested to client
* Gasket list to be checked against phyical & eqpt drawing. Request client for any requirement
* Request for electrical construction power / EDG power in prescribed format

Gaskets will be provided by client
Bolts / Nuts (if needs replacement) will be provided by client
End blinds / Test rings / Test flanges will be provided by client
