Your duties and responsibilities shall be assigned to you by the Company from time to time. Presently you shall
be deputed at above mentioned location in Cashify . However, you may be transferred / deputed to anywhere in
India or abroad where the company or its market demand comes across or where the company intends to
develop new business / office / location.

A detailed appointment letter will be issued to you on your joining.

As discussed & agreed, we would like you to join your duties latest by 20 May 2019, failing which, this offer
stands automatically withdrawn.

Please also do refer to the joining formalities outlined in Annexure ‘A’.

Please acknowledge and return the duplicate copy of this letter, as a token of your acceptance.
