New Toll Road on PPP mode from Nagapattinam to Villupuram bypassing Puducherry City:
• Under planning stage
• Alignment is through Kandamangalam, Villianur, Mangalam, Kirumampakkam, Reddychavadi, Bahour and
Cuddalore.
• Local passenger traffic do not have much impact – As road is a toll road
• Through goods traffic prefer the new road.
