INTRODUCTION
This glossary deals with terms used in industrial engineering, terms in one of the major
languages in the world and which will be used when offering our professional services.
INTRODUCCIÓN
Definition: Person responsible for adding the amount due for a purchase, charging the
consumer that amount and then collect the payment for the goods or services provided.

Example: The Company’s plan to build a modern building in the forest fell through.
Definition: Customs is a public entity that has the mission to register the imported and
exported goods to a country. It is present in strategic places such as airports, rail
terminals, coasts and borders.
