COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Staff Administration course describes the competency required in handling staff administration. The person who is competent in staff
administration will be able to identify staff administration requirements, prepare manpower requirements plan, prepare training program,
assess staff performance and prepare report on staff administration activities. The outcome of this competency is to provide the trainees with
the skills to administer staff effectively to increase organization productivity
