Meeting Topic: Assignment of Coaches to the different contests in the upcoming Division English Festival 2018

Discussion: The meeting started with a solemn prayer led by Mr. Basary Daluma, followed by checking of attendance.
Each teacher was assigned to coach contestants to the different contests in the upcoming Division-based English
Extravaganza 2018.. Coaches were instructed to select and train the potential contestants prior to the conduct of the
contest. Rules regarding the contest were also thoroughly discussed and explained to the teachers.. The meeting ended
at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon.
