Shifts 1-2-Neutral
A shift from second to neutral can be caused by checkball misplacement. The number nine checkball is not
used in all models. Using the number nine checkball on all models not designed for it can cause a shift from sec-
ond to first which feels like a shift to neutral.

To see if you need the number nine checkball look that the separator plate. If it has one hole over the number
nine bathtub it doesn't take a ball, if it has two holes it does take a ball.
