successfully complete this organization study. I express my sincerest gratitude to Rev. Fr. Dr.
Cherian J Kottayil Vazhatharamalayil, principal of Mar Athanasios College for Advanced
Studies, Tiruvalla and Prof.Dr Sudeep B Chandramana, Head of the Department of Management
Studies, for giving me the required approval to conduct such a study. I also extend my heartfelt
thanks to Mr. M Ramakrishnan for the guidance that was given to me which helped me greatly in
performing this organization study as genuinely as possible. I would also like to thank the faculty
guide, Prof.Dr Aggi Anand, Asst. Professor, Mar Athanasios College for Advanced Studies,
Tiruvalla, for his immense support and guidance that was of utmost importance in the completion
