PERSONAL LOAN POLICY

Objective
To support the employee financial needs

This covers all the employees under Pandit Ventures Pvt Ltd

• Any amount of personal loan needs to have CEO/MD ‘s approval 
• The process is initiated by the HR

Process of availing a personal loan:

• The amount of loan will be finalised and approved by the CEO only

• Once the loan is approved the HR & Accounts Managers are informed about it 

• HR Manager confirms the EMI Amount and tenure for the loan

• The EMI Amount starts getting deducted from the next month’s salary of the 
employee

• All the mails and the entire agreement between the employer and the employee 
is documented by the HR team.

• The employee needs to sign a loan document for same.

• Once the loan amount is recovered the employee gets statement from the 
Accounts & HR team for the same.
