Executive Summary
WayGo is an advanced location device and App based company. It combines
the use of automatic vehicle location in individual vehicles with software that
collects these fleet data for a comprehensive picture of vehicle locations. This vehicle
tracking systems commonly use GPS or GLONASS technology for locating the
vehicle. Vehicle information can be viewed on App developed by the company.
Urban public transit authorities are an increasingly common user of vehicle tracking
systems, particularly in large cities.
WayGo allows to locate and track people, fleets, objects and animals in novel
ways.They have been created by the team of management graduates.

This is helpful for consumer vehicles as a theft prevention, monitoring and
retrieval device. Police can simply follow the signal emitted by the tracking system
and locate the stolen vehicle. When used as a security system, a WayGo System may
serve as either an addition to or replacement for a traditional car alarm. WayGo
makes it possible to control the vehicle remotely, including block doors or engine in
case of emergency. The existence of vehicle tracking device then can be used to
reduce the insurance cost, because the loss-risk of the vehicle drops significantly.

functionalities and technologies, and a product specially designed for sharing
location (i. e. diffusing itself).

SHORTCOMINGS OF CURRENT DEVICES
1. Locate people-such as mountaineers, outdoor sports fans, explorers, sailors,
emergency teams-in areas with little or no mobile coverage.
WayGo transmits data by the Iridium Satellite network that covers virtually all the
Earth surface.

WayGo GPS transmits data through satellite, so it can track objects out of mobile
networks coverage (e.g. sea, air) and provide metrics such as movement, location,
speed limits, downtime.
There were $22.6 billion worldwide in losses due to cargo theft in 2015.
5. Issue alerts in accidents (e. g vehicles, objects, old people,...), filter false positives
and send SOS messages.
Alerts can be programmed when the sensors transmit certain data: e. g. a blow of
more than 5G plus a fast slowdown, possibly with swings, followed by a quick stop
and maybe with a high temperature (fire).
6. Monitor the quality of driving (e.g. of vehicles with hazardous materials or
vehicles insured).
The device and app allow the monitoring of rapid accelerations, maximum speed or
swings, unlike other solutions.

When the user is near an outlet running a promotion in Adwords, WAYO APP
notifies him with a banner over the map.The user earns credits if he watches the
advertisement.Only the promotions adapted to the user profile will be used in order
to improve conversions.
Advertising revenues will depend on geo-located supply and demand of ads,
keywords and target audience.
