shall be worked out before each recruitment process based on ttre
actual need of the company. Further, for every recruitment process,
the breakup of various Functional streams shall be decide,i uy ur"

8. Eligibtlity Conditions:
8.1 Nationality: The candidate should be Indian National..
8.2 The educational Qualifications, Maximum age limit, method of
recruitment, probation period etc. shall be applicable as per enclosed
schedule.

10. The Recruitment year of the selected candidates shall be year of
declaration of result.
13.O Inter-se-Seniority
13.1 Inter-se-seniority amongst Management Trainees, External arrd
Internal, for any Recruitment year shall be as prescribed in paras
11.1.6 and LL.2.5 above. However, ratio of fixation of seniorit5r
between Management Trainee [Internall and Management Trainee
[External] shall be 1:1 beginning with the Internal candidate.
13.2 Inter-se-seniority in Manager's grade (srs equivaterrtl: The inter-se-
seniority at tJle STS level shall be fixed as given below:
