Topic of This Res: Employee motivation with the help of stress &
time management

Purpose of Research: The Main Purpose of this proposal is to


initiate the new research in this domain “Employee motivation with
the help of stress & time management”. Through this research we
are able to know what are the challenges of an employee go
through in there working hours in the organization. We are
conducting this research under the circumstances which are faced
by employees globally. Organization & management consider that
employee is happy because he is paid against his service provided,
while there is well known saying ”The wage is always a half of work
done by employees” On the other hand, employees faces the
depressive tasks with tight deadlines which caus him stress and
time managing issues in daily bassis. The major seen things in this
research are.

 Excessively high workloads, with unrealistic deadlines making


people feel rushed, under pressure and overwhelmed.
 Long hours.
 Heavy workload.
 Changes within the organisation.
 Tight deadlines.
 Changes to Tasks.
 Job insecurity.
 Insufficient workloads, making people feel that their skills are
being underused.
 Lack of control over work activities.
 lack of interpersonal support or poor working relationships
leading to a sense of isolation & Stress.
Research Objectives: What we want to see in employees after this
research That all about to Make them learn to take control of their
work & efficiently manage work time. Improve their ability to focus
And increased focus comes with enhanced efficiency. To prioritize
“true tasks” first, the tasks that actually move the needle of
employees goals. Avoid work isolation & do what is smart & perfect
rather hardest to perform, As in the end motivation benefit for that
employee Need to work smart not hard with respect of time and
Stress management & the main goal of this research for employees
the more organized you are, the more focused you become. The
more focus you have, the more you do in each period.

Research Focus: This research will help managers to understand


how employee can be motivated and study general organizational
behaviors of employee. Increase employees motivation to help
organizations to meet internal and external goals with the help of
time management and reduce the employees stress on work place.
Helps administrators and workers to understand demands of their
position before, during and after coming into a position.

 How motivation helps to get a worker to perform tasks.


 To understand how to control motivation.
