2) BUNDLE IDO
CATS
1. CLIPPERS - Hair removal : if hair must
removed from the surgical site, clippers are
the best option : never use razor
2. ANTIBIOTICS – Prophylactic Antibiotic :
antiniotic consistent with national
guidelines should be administered within 1
hour of incision time and discontinued
within 24 hours, in most case.
3. TEMPERATURE – normothermia : colorectal
surgery patients shoul be normothermic
( 98.8-100.4 oF) within the firs hour of
surgery.
4. SUGAR - glucose control : cardiac surgery
patients should have controlled 6 a.m
serum glucose (≤200 mg/dl)
onpostoperative day 1 and day 2.
3) BUNDLE ISK
 Terjadi setelah pemasangan urine kateter ≥ 2 x
24 jam (48 jam)

ekstubasi”
6. Peptic ulcer Prophylaxis
7. DVT Prophilaxis

5) BUNDLE FLEBITIS
1. Hand hydgiene
2. Kaji kebutuhan Pemasangan IV kateter
3. Lepaskan IV kateter jika terjadi peradangan
4. Periksa dressing rutin, jika rusak, kotor,
basah ganti:
- Transparan dressing tiap 72 jam
- Kasa steril tiap 48 jam
5. Lakukan pergantian IV kateter tiap 72 jam,
hess/transfuse 24 jam
6. Lakukan pemeliharaan IV kateter dengan
pembilasan NaCl 0,9% setiap:
-Sebelum dan sesudah pemberian obat
injeksi/ infusan
-Tiap 6-8 jam jika IV kateter tidak digunakan
(pemeliharaan rutin)
-Dewasa 5 cc NaCl, anak 2-3 cc NaCl, bayi 1
cc NaCl
TIDAK BOLEH SPOLING INFUS MACET
