Que es la felicidad

La felicidad es una emoción que se produce en un ser vivo cuando cree haber
alcanzado una meta deseada.
Algunos psicólogos han tratado de caracterizar el grado de felicidad mediante
diversos tests, y han llegado a definir la felicidad como una medida de
bienestar subjetivo (autopercibido) que influye en las actitudes y el
comportamiento de los individuos. Las personas que tienen un alto grado de
felicidad muestran generalmente un enfoque del medio positivo, al mismo
tiempo que se sienten motivadas a conquistar nuevas metas. Al contrario
que las personas que no sienten ningún grado de felicidad que muestran un
enfoque del medio negativo, sintiéndose frustradas con el desarrollo de su
vida, atribuyendo la culpa al resto de la sociedad con la que conviven.

La fidelidad es una actitud de alguien que es fiel, constante y
comprometido con respecto a los sentimientos, ideas u
obligaciones que asume.
Deriva de la palabra en latín, fidelitas que significa servir a un dios. Es
una característica de quien es leal, en quien se puede confiar y creer,
porque es honesto y respetable. En su nivel más abstracto implica
una conexión verdadera con una fuente o fuentes.

Tener fidelidad es una expresión usada para nombrar al o a lo que

tiene constancia. Ejemplo: La fidelidad de un cliente, la fidelidad de un
amigo, la fidelidad de Dios, la fidelidad del esposo o la esposa, etc. La
fidelidad es la capacidad, el poder o la virtud de dar cumplimiento
a las promesas. También es la capacidad de no engañar, de no
traicionar a los demás. Cuando se rompen estos compromisos se
llama infidelidad.
