Student,

Before our class time together, the following video must be viewed as part of the certification
process. Class time will consist of practicing scenarios, manikin use, review and testing. Class time will
take 1.5 hours. Exam questions will include information from video content. Certification requires
80% minimum passing score on the exam. Watching the video content will be necessary in order to
pass the exam. The video will take approximately 1.5 hours.

Please wear clothing that will accommodate getting up and down from the floor.
Please bring a pencil/pen for the exam.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork/get materials as class must start on time in order
to finish on time.
