To Human Capital Management Department:

My desire is to exhibit my professionalism and experience as an elementary school educator. I am currently

enrolled in an exceptional program with Tarleton State University called the TMATE (Teacher’s Model for
Accelerated Teacher Education) graduate program. I am considered highly qualified as an EC-6 Generalist with
ESL certification teacher.

I am eager and committed to promoting student learning and that stands to be my primary goal. I have been a
public school educator for 4 years. I specialize in implementing behavior management strategies, building
rapport and facilitating learning through hands-on opportunities in the kindergarten and second grade
classrooms. I also have experience working with 10 to 15 year olds in promoting collaborative group
interaction. I am motivated to implement diligent practices to convey proper instruction in order to engage
students.

I am confident that my initiative, patience and education would be a great asset to your organization. I would
truly enjoy sharing my passion for education and leading the next generation of leaders with you in person.

Cordially,

Angel Johnson
