Kindly arrange to recruit qualified Filipino workers for the following positions under our valid visa
no._______ dated _/_/143_.

nominate, constitute and appoint (Name of Philippine Recruitment Agencv) as our true and legal representative to
act for and in our name and stead and to perform the followings acts:
1. To represent our company before any and all government and private offices/agencies in the
Philippines;
2. To enter into any and all contracts with any person corporation, institution or enter in a joint
venture or as partner in the recruitment, hiring and placement of Filipino contract workers for
overseas employment;
3. To sign, authenticate and deliver all documents necessary to complete any transaction related
to such recruitment and hiring, including making the necessary steps to facilitate the departure
of the recruited worker/s;
4. To bring suit, defend and enter into compromises in my name and stead in litigation brought for
or against us or our company in all matters involving the employment of Filipino contract
workers for my company; and
5. To assume jointly and solidarily with the undersigned and my company any liability that may
arise in connection with the worker/s' recruitment and/or implementation of the employment
contract and other terms and conditions of the appointment as defined and spelled out m the
attached agreement which we have previously executed.
HEREBY GRANTING unto the said representative full power and authority to execute or perform
whatsoever requisite or proper steps to be done in about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power substitution and revocation and
hereby ratifying and confirming all my said legal representative or his substitute shall be lawfully do or
cause to be done under the virtue of these presents.

2. Contract Duration: Two (2) years commencing from the Employees departure from the
point of origin to the site of employment.
3. Employee's Position: __________________________
4. Basic Monthly Salary: __________________________
5. Regular working hours: Maximum of eight (8) hours per day and six (6) days per week
6. Overtime Pay: For work over regular working hours: 150%
For work on designated rest days and holidays: 200%
b. Termination by the Employee: The Employee may terminate this Contract by serving
one (1) month advance written notice. The Employee shall shoulder all expenses relative
to his expatriation back to his point of origin. The Employee may also terminate this
Contract without serving any notice to the Employer for any of the following just
causes:(a) serious insult by the Employer or his representative; (b) inhuman and
unbearable treatment accorded the Employee by the Employer or his representative; (c)
commission of crime/ offense by the Employer or his representative; and (d) violation of
the terms and conditions of the employment contract by the employer or his
representative. Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the Philippines.
c. Termination due to Illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of
illness, disease or injury suffered by the Employee. The Employer shall shoulder the cost
of repatriation.
15. Settlement of Disputes: All claims and complaints relative to the employment contract of the
Employee shall be settled in accordance with the Company policies, rules and regulations. In case
the Employee contests the decision of the Employer, the matter shall be settled amicably with
the participation of the Labor Attaché or any authorized representative of the Philippine
Embassy/ Consulate nearest the site of employment in case of failure of amicable settlement, the
matter shall be submitted to the Philippines if permissible by Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia at the option of the complaining party.
16. The Employee shall observe the Employer’s company rules and abide by the pertinent laws of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and respect its customs and traditions.
17. In the event of accidents, fortuitous events, or acts of violence or terrorism and other similar
circumstances causing the discontinuance or non-performance of his duties in the area outside
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Employee shall be entitled to indemnity pay equivalent to one
month's basic salary and cost of repatriation to the point of hire, in addition to all accrued wages
and other benefits.
18. In the case of Driver and other personnel, where the discontinuance or non-performance of
duties in area outside of Saudi Arabia is caused by acts of violence or terrorism and where their
safely is in danger, they shall no longer be required to physically turn over their vehicles or
equipment as a condition for full entitlement to accrued wages and benefits.
19. Applicable Law: Other terms and conditions of employment, which are consistent with the above
provisions, shall be governed by the pertinent laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
20. Repatriation at the End of Contract Period: The Employer shall repatriate the Employee upon
fulfillment of the contract period without waiting for any replacement.

RE : CONTINGENCY PLAN
_________________________________ wish to convey the following designated contingency plan related to the
recruitment of the Filipino Worker ____________________________________ who shall be employed as
_____________________ under my sponsorship. This plan covers remedial measures that should apply in the
event of any contingency (i.e. Natural Calamity, Man Made Disaster/War).
In the course of any impending contingency, we shall strive our best to repatriate our employee to their point of
origin the soonest time possible via safe course travel.
If repatriation measure is not possible, as prompted by prevailing circumstances that may occur, I shall provide
continuous support to the employee (Food, Medical, Clothing and Safe Shelter) and constant communication with
update of their living condition.
I shall provide accident insurance to the reputable insurance company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in
favor of the employee that will cover benefits for their beneficiaries during their employment.
AND BY VIRTUE OF THIS LETTER, we pledge to give the employee a reasonable and justified treatment for their
well-being in accordance with the job contract.
