CUSTOMIZED VACUUM BRAZED COLD PLATES
The high power, high heat flux demands on the cooling system cannot be
met with air cooling alone and hence advanced liquid cooling solutions
are necessary. A cold plate is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal
plates to transfer heat by fluids. This has a major advantage over a

conventional heat exchanger. This facilitates the transfer of heat, and

A heat exchanger is a device designed to efficiently transfer or "exchange" heat
from one matter to another. Heat Exchangers are components that allow the
transfer of heat from one fluid (liquid to Liquid/ Liquide to Air/Air to Air) to
another fluid. When a fluid is used to transfer heat, the fluid could be a liquid,
