Implications for change project
This study determined the value of using multiple intelligences in the classroom. Teachers involved in the study
expressed how they saw the positive contributions of these practices in their classrooms. Even those teachers who have
used multiple methods, including intelligences, said they also experienced positive results. Throughout the study,
teachers began to recognize and appreciate diversity in themselves. This also indicates that the use of multiple
intelligences may offer positive benefits in teachers’ professional development and their classroom practices. Results
from this research revealed that using multiple intelligences in the classroom can lead to all learners feeling valued,
which is one of goals of my implementation plan. The results of this study were encouraging and supportive of my SRV
implementation plan, which involves the use of multiple intelligences.
