The Seafarer agrees to be employed under the Terms and Conditons specified in the duly signed Aurus Ship
Management Pte Ltd AGREEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT, which he has read and understood.
The Seafarer is aware of and agrees to comply with the Company's / Ship Owners Drug & Alcohol Policy.
By signing this Agreement, the Seafarer agrees to sign the appropriate Article of Agreement or Crew Roll of the Vessel(s) to
which he may be assigned by the Company during his employment.
