(INCLUDE WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY, WHEN, HOW) Goodman advised that his 2003 Mercedes was vandalized while parked in the driveway at 109 N Warbler Lane on 8/23/14. Goodman advised that on 8/23/14 at approx. 1141 hours he was on the phone with his business partner Kimberly Jordinson. Goodman had to cut the call short but he returned her call at approx. 1216 hours. After a brief time Goodman subsequently hung the phone up on Jordinson due to the manner she was talking to him. A short time later at 1243 hours Goodman received a text from Jordinson stating "get your piece of shit car out of my driveway" ‘At approx. 1700 hours on 08/24/14 Goodman returned to 109 N Warbler Lane where Jordinson resides and his 2003 Mercedes C230 was parked in her driveway. Upon arrival Goodman observed that his front and rear windshield were almost destroyed along with numerous dents all over the vehicle, Goodman subsequently contacted the next door neighbor "Gardner" who advised that he had seen Jordinson damage the vehicle. Gardner advised that at approx. 1230 hours on 8/23/14 he heard a noise coming from the east side of his home. Upon looking out a bedroom window he observed Kimberly Jordinson with a medium sized sledgehammer methodically circling a Mercedes Benz that was parked in her driveway. Gardner believed the Mercedes belonged to Goodman. Gardner observed Jordinson strike all sides of the Mercedes including the front and back windshields with the sledgehammer.
