Month of May brought long, hot days

And now we have our summer holidays

School is closed and no set rules

Waking up late and going to pool.

Little homework, easy to be done

Playing with friends and lots of fun.

Beautiful time comes once in a year,

Summer holidays are best days ever!!

Dear Students,

The school has come to an end and the much awaited summer holidays are here. So,
enjoy your holidays and have fun. Some of you would be traveling out of Delhi. Make
the most of it as you are always learning something new and that is the most priceless
education you can get. We just hope to add to your fun by suggesting some activities:-

2. Charts should be bright and colourful with bold headings and borders around.
3. While doing activities collect pictures from old books, magazines, newspapers or
internet.
4. Due importance should be given to Holiday Homework as well as activities as
they will be graded.

 Read lots of books, magazines, newspapers and watch only educational programmes
on television.
 Do one page writing for ten days in a separate thin notebook.
Q1. Pick up a dictionary. Look for words starting with the first three letters of your
name. Choose 5 words and write their meaning. Use your imagination and create a
picturesque representation of words through illustrations /stick drawing etc. (Using A4
size colorful sheets)

Q2. Design a creative bookmark and write an inspirational quotation on it.


Q3. Make attractive and colorful Flash cards on “Degrees of Adjectives”.
Q4Make chart according to your Roll No.
