Involved in the project to upgrade MS Dynamics CRM 2011 to Dynamics 365. In addition to the upgrade,
the project also includes creating new business processes, views, reports and other enhancements; also
involved for a pilot for salesforce.com (SDFC)
Responsibilities:
Involved in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development and deployment.
Artifacts include BRD, FRD, test cases, UAT documents
