Primary 5 Supplementary Lessons (Mainstream)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be informed that Supplementary Lessons for Primary 5 pupils will commence in Term 1
Week 6, on Tuesdays and Thursdays , from 2.00 p.m to 3.30 p.m. All pupils are strongly
encouraged to participate in supplementary lessons. The schedule for the various classes is
attached for your reference. School Disti nction Award

2. Please make the necessary transport arrangements for your child/ward on the above
mentioned days. If your child/ward takes the school bus, please liaise with the school bus drivers
directly to ferry him/her home at 3.30 p.m. on the affected days.
Aesthetics
3. Supplementary lessons support Teaching and Learning that takes place during curriculum
hours. As such, pupils are requested to submit a medical certificate or parent’s letter to their subject
teacher(s) should they be absent for any of the lessons.

4. In addition, for your child/ward’s safety, all pupils who are involved in school activities after
the official school dismissal time at 1.30 p.m. are not allowed to leave the school premises before

the end of the activities. They are encouraged to have their lunch at the school canteen while
waiting for their lessons to start. We seek your fullest support and understanding in this.

5. Please park your car at the HDB car parks in the vicinity. Kindly walk to the main gate or Physical Fitness

canteen gate 5 to pick up your child/ward after the supplementary lessons. Do not park or wait at the
school entrance/exit gate (Still Road South/Marine Crescent) as it is a traffic offence to do so. Thank
you for your cooperation.

6. Kindly submit the acknowledgement slip through your child/ward’s Form Teacher by
19 January 2018.
