Element (Course) 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 Action Research This assignment allowed me to EA 7730 begin to evaluate, teachers’ and administrators’ perceptions of 5D+, the teacher evaluation tool used in my district. 3.5 Six Principles My districtś intervention EA 7720 Analysis program was analyzed based on Blanksteinś six principles to ensure that failure is not an option. Suggestions were made for making the time more valuable for students not qualifying for interventions. 3.4, 3.5 Four Frames I was able to evaluate the 5D+ EA 7720 Analysis teacher evaluation tool through the lenses of the structural, human resource, political and symbolic frames. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 Human Resource This paper analyzed the Human EA 8820 Analysis Final Resources Department in my Paper district. 3.1 Budget My district’s budget was EA 8840 Recommendations analyzed and recommendations were made after learning the basics about school funding and grants. 3.4, 3.5 Galileo Reflection A written reflection and EA 7740 and Big Learnings 5-minute TedTalk focused on the big learnings from the Galileo Leadership Academy including: the 8 Habits, Systems Thinking, Servant Leadership, and Collective Teacher Efficacy.
